By creating an account or using sigatlas ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
sigatlas provides monthly intelligence reports based on publicly available data from online communities, review sites, and forums. Reports include aggregated pain-signal clusters, trend analysis, and opportunity scoring.
You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person per account; shared accounts are not permitted on individual plans.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled per Stripe's dispute process. Free tier access may be limited or modified at any time.
You may not: (a) resell or redistribute reports without authorization, (b) use automated tools to scrape the Service, (c) attempt to access other users' data, (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only what's necessary to provide the Service.
The Service, its design, and aggregated data are our intellectual property. Your uploaded data (scan profiles, watchlists, notes) remains yours. Reports generated for you are licensed for your internal use only.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis. sigatlas is not investment advice. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes all your personal data within 30 days.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
